Refund & Return Policy

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition;
  • Be in its original packaging;
  • Be free of any damage caused by the customer;
  • Be in a resalable condition.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products;
  • Products damaged by the customer;
  • Personalized or custom-made products;
  • Items that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
