By completing an order on this website, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read and accepted this Agreement.

1. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically through the Seller's website in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Product Information

The type, quantity, color, specifications, unit price, payment method, shipping cost, and delivery information of the products purchased are as stated on the order summary page and in the order confirmation email.

3. Payment

The Buyer agrees to pay the total amount specified during the checkout process using one of the payment methods offered on the website.

4. Delivery

The ordered products shall be shipped to the delivery address provided by the Buyer within the estimated delivery period stated on the website. Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond the Seller's reasonable control.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving the product without giving any reason, except for products that are exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.

The product must be returned unused, in its original condition, and with all accessories and packaging.

6. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within the period required by applicable law.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered product.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If the Buyer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, the Buyer must notify the Seller within seven (7) days of delivery and provide supporting evidence such as photographs.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of the Seller or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Seller shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, governmental actions, internet outages, or transportation disruptions.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in accordance with applicable legislation.
